WordPress has just released the latest version of their open-source website building software, version 4.6 named “Pepper” for jazz musician Pepper Adams.
The latest release includes some very cool features, including a smarter link embedding system, an editor that does a better job of saving your work to your browser in case you suddenly lose internet connection mid-blog, and a more lightweight framework that loads faster by using the native fonts on your operating system.
Additionally, there are the more boring and yet more important security and stability enhancements baked in as well.
At this time, we have not found any critical bugs or conflicts, and we recommend upgrading when you can.
